All our gas struts are covered by a 3 Year Warranty.
To submit a warranty claim or return your gas strut, please fill in the Return Form below. Once we receive your form, one of our team members will be in contact with you.
Remember to upload, images and / or video so we can see what is going on, and help find a solution.
If you have ordered the incorrect gas struts, we will accept exchange within 30 days of purchase
Please be aware that there may be costs associated with this service as we customise every gas strut that leaves our warehouse.
We may not be able to accept returns if your gas strut has too much pressure as we can not re-use these.
Anything 30 days or more can not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
All freight is your responsibility unless faulty.
