• Upload clear photos of the issue so our team can take a proper look

• Tell us what’s gone wrong (e.g. lost pressure, bent, oil leaking, wrong fit)

Once we have this info, we’ll be in touch to help fix the problem.
Sometimes we’ll send a replacement straight away. Other times we may need the faulty strut returned for testing — but we’ll let you know.
