Installed a pair of boot struts for my Nissan Pulsar Hatchback two days ago to replace an original pair which had failed. The GSA struts were of quality build, easy to install and worked as designed.
I am happy with it and should have purchased it much earlier.

Trudy made my complex project so easy! I am ignorant on struts and had built an outdoor garden (rubbish bin!) enclosure with a 40kg lid that can only be supported on one side. I completed the easy form on the website, attached some photos, and Trudy called me to discuss. She recommended the strut, mounts and mounting position. GREAT service and I was bloody happy with the price too!!

The gas struts were good quality and were delivered quickly and were well packaged. There size and force were as ordered and fitted my project perfectly. I have since purchased a second order which was delivered with the same excellent service....Cheers.

The staff were very helpful and prompt with their correspondence.
The struts were made and dispatched very quickly.
They also were very supportive and happy to help with any problems I may have encountered.

I thought the service provided by this company was fantastic. I bought two struts for a canopy I built for a new ute. After providing the weight of the canopy door and dimensions, they sent an initial design, which was slightly modified after some feedback. After I approved the design, the struts were promptly supplied and I was able to fit them and they have worked perfectly since fitting 18 months ago.

Excellent product knowledge, good communication . Their website has all you need to know about gas struts and how to measure what you need. Good customer service, answered all my questions and then created a shopping basket with everything I needed. All I had to do was click the link, pay and despatch was before 11am to make the days mail. Job done

Contact with Gas Strut was great and made the selection of the correct and appropriate strut a simple task. Calculations of weight, size and opening gap were taken care of in a simple "fill in the gaps" equation. I have used the struts for a lift up panel on the verandah to access a cellar in the old pub we have renovated. It works a treat. Well done Gas Strut Australia - I highly recommend their service and product.

I rang Gas Strut Australia after a less-than-average experience at one of their competitors today. I spoke with a very lovely and professional lady named Trudy. She went above and beyond to make sure purchasing a set of gas struts for my tail gate, was as easy and as seamless as possible. Whats more, ill be receiving my new struts within the next day or two.
